PRIVACY STATEMENT

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Because we care about your well being, when purchasing from TwelveAM.co, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us: your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: Only if you say “yes”, we will send you email updates on new merchandise, and cool ways to save!

YOUR CONSENT

We ask that you provide us with your personal information to complete your transaction, by verifying your credit card when you place your order, it’ll allow us to deliver and/or return your purchase, and we promise to collect your information for purchasing only. If, and only if we ask for your personal information for others reasons, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for consent, or provide you with an option to say “yes” or “no”.

How do I withdraw my consent?

After you consent, should you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent from us contacting you at anytime, by contacting us at: info@twelveam.co.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

PAYMENT:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, TwelveAM.co will store your credit card data, and it’s encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once your purchase is complete, your transaction information will be deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

RETURNS

First off, thank you for shopping with us…

2nd, we have an EXCHANGE ONLY return policy. It’s that simple folks, all sale items are final sale, and our apologies but shipping fees are non-refundable. The good news is, you have up to 14 days after you make your purchase, to decide if you want to return, and even better, if you send your purchase back to us in brand new condition, with its original packaging, we will approve your exchange, and issue you a store credit. Other non-returnable items include: Gift cards, and novelty items (accessories, cleaning products), in a nutshell, anything other than footwear.

Also don’t forget to complete your exchange we will need your original receipt, and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, leave that to us, if you have any defects or quality issues, just let us know by sending us an email or leave a note in your package when you return. We love feedback, from our shoppers… be nice, were human too.    

Should we approve your exchange we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and if we are able to approval your exchange.

Next, an exchange credit will automatically be applied to your TwelveAM.co account and you will be issued a merchandise credit code via email.

GIFTS

We believe that sharing is caring, so if someone has gave you the gift of TwelveAM.co, we will grant an exchange and issue an exchange credit on your behalf. Your gift credit will be for the value of your return, again, not including shipping. Once the returned item is received, an exchange/gift credit will be will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when originally purchased, or your gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will notify and issue a credit to your gift giver, or the original purchaser.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6353 Denny Ave #12, North Hollywood, CA, 91606. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, bare with us, as we like to be as accurate as possible, so please allow 14-21 business days for us to receive, process, and respond to your exchange. Depending on what part of the world you’re in, it may take more or less time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

Note to yourself:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or make sure to purchase shipping insurance. We wish we could guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so go ahead and spend the extra coin to make sure your soles are protected while in transit.
